Awesome Experience! I purchased my fiance's Valentine's Day gift from Heidi's. The service was great. The ladies helped me with no problem and even convinced me to write a little note on one of the gift tags. I will be going back to Heidi's for all future monogram needs.
I took my Letterman jacket to get my name and "Clarinet Player" embroidered and the price and service was GREAT! I am very passionate about Band and the embroidery made me fall in love with my jacket even more!
One of the worst experience I've ever had. I had numerous things monogrammed for my daughter. When I went to pick them up, the ladies at the counter had zero customer service training. One of the ladies just thrust the bag at me and turned her back to me. No thank you, please come again. Is your order OK, nothing. I don't know if I was the wrong color or what. That's the impression I received. I will never do business with such a prejudice business again.
