I totally disagree, Dr. Jennings is my regular dentist and has always been completely polite and professional. However, he does need a new receptionist. The one he has is a total b*t*h. There are too many people out there who need a job to put up with someone who treats all the patients so rudely.
Jennings spoke in an extremely patronizing way to my wife during their consultation about my stepdaughter's case. Then today their office left a message on our cell service saying if we failed to return the call within half an hour our appointment (which had been scheduled a month prior) would be canceled. Our stepdaughter receives Medicaid benefits. She has been waiting in pain for weeks to have a root canal. Discrimination against Medicaid patients is ILLEGAL. My plan is to alert the authorities.
