The employees here are so friendly. The game selection is decent too!
Their customer service sucked so bad. One guy with glasses working there was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. Some foreign looking guy was too busy on the phone planning a wedding or something to even acknowledge customers with questions were in the store. I would rather drive to another city that's way out of my way by 40 miles or better just to avoid the Cleveland, MS Game Stop. I'm never going back.

Very rude and disrespectful. As if the customer is bothering them. Told to look online instead of just answering question. Place on hold for over 7 mins. Unacceptable. I'm sure I'm not the first person to feel this way.
