I live in Tampa, Florida, my daughter who lives in Cleveland, Ms was very sick, so I went online to see what my options were, to send flowers to boost my sweet daughters moral. I had a very bad experience with a prior Florist, which I will not name names. I reviewed Ms. Sims, ratings was very, very impressed. I spoke with this very sweet lady on the phone and explained what my needs were. Ms. Sims, went above my expectations, my daughters bouquet was totally awesome! Mrs. Sims delivered! I called from another state requesting a floral arrangement for my father's birthday. Mrs. Sims was so accomodating, professional, reasonably priced and on time. My parents raved that the end product was better than any floral arrangement that they had *EVER* received...better than flowers they'd received from other local vendors and from a large franchise through which we usually purchase. The arrangement was not only beautiful but full and full of plant variety. Mrs. Sims definitely has a new family of customers!
Very poor customer services!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with her! Didn't get my order on time and then the owner had an attitude when I call to check on it.
