Chris and his crew showed up on time, each time, and Chris was determined to get to the "root" of my problems. He was willing to listen and address my concerns and his work ethic is like nothing I've seen. He is actually enthusiastic about plumbing. On top of all of this, he and Timbo have very big hearts.
