The people in the Cleveland Office have nasty attitudes. It's a wonder one of them have not gotten their ass whip.
This place has by far the WORST service I have ever experienced. The DMV employee was extremely disrespectful and discourteous when I calmly and politely asked her a question to ensure that I wasn't doing anything wrong. If you are going to be servicing people, especially elderly people, you need to leave your bad attitude at home and learn to treat people with respect.
I had a lady that was really rude to me on the phone when I was trying to find out what all I need to bring to get my MS State ID I tried to tell the manager about but she didn't care sad.
