Excellent Service and very timely response. I had a loud humming sound coming from the outside unit that started up about 2 hours before hosting my sisters engagement party at my house? I called Southern Comfort at 6pm on a Friday and Brad Baughman (Owner) was so understanding and thoughtful to personally stop by my house on the way to Crawdads to take his lovely fiance to dinner for their anniversary. The fix only took about 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable expecially considering the cirmumstances. I highly recommend this company if you place on old fashioned honesty, Kudos to Brad and all the Southern Comfort Heat and Air crew. You made me a customer for life.
