6:30 pm went to Popeyes drive thru. Ordered a 3pc all white w/Cajun rice-spicey and a 3pc all white w/fries-spicey. Get to the window to pay and only have 1 order. So here goes the waiting 1. Gonna be 13 mins on spicy. Will you take a mild. Yes I'll take a mild. 2. Fries are not ready. Will you take another side. No I will not cuz I want the fries. Well please pull up. So I pull up & sit there appx 10 mins. Finally bring out food!! Get home, it's the wrong damn order!! I LOVE Popeyes and even tho tonight was a bust I will still continue to go there!! It gets 3 stars ONLY FOR TONIGHT
Only thing that was good was food. Everyone who worked up in there had a nasty attitude, like you bothering them by ordering anything
Never have gotten bad food but the service is terrible. The workers are so rude. It's like you are in their way. The person I got today needs to go back to school and learn how to talk..she runs all words together...impossible to understand. It's like she has a mouthful of mush. And then gets outdone with you when you have to keep asking her to repeat. She isn't the first there to sound like that. I don't care that she works there...she just needs to get out of the drive thru. I usually don't go there because of all the complaints I have...we have plenty of places to get good fried chicken. I will continue to go elsewhere. But I would like to go to Popeye's once in awhile. It's intolerable.
