Sonicin Cleveland, Mississippi houses very rude employees. The kind that hang out the drive through window just to make sexual advancements towards my wife. He did so pushing the window clerk out of his way. I have hundreds of family that does business in Cleveland. We work at city hall, fd, pd, hospital and at the schools. Until he is removed, my life's mission will be to stop as many dollars as I can from supporting sonic. His name will follow.
Sonic is expensive but quick and convenient. Been a few times where food wasn't freshly hot but I don't keep Hugh expectations for any fast food restaurant. Sonic is eaten sparingly because of the expense.
Food sucked.... boneless wing dried out no sauce, wrong shake 2 packs of ke ketchup for 8 people fries old. Never again.
The only the consistent here is bad service and cold food. Why does it take 10 minutes to give me cold food? I got the wrong drink order and the workers failed to acknowledge me when im sitting at the open drive through window yelling inside asking for assistance. I've given this sonic too many chances. I will never be back. Other locations I've been to are great, but this location isn't even worth the time or money. It's a wonder it is still franchised.
Food is served hot and service is great. Even though things can get a little hectic during peek hours of service and a person may have to wait a good period of time before their food arrives, but overall the food is fantastic.
